If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on your selection during checkout. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Thanks for shopping at Tilly's Boutique. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and exchange it for another one, be it similar or not.
You can exchange a product up to 14 days from the date you purchased it, or for a refund, it must be returned within 14-days of the purchase date.
To be elegible for a refund/exchange, any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with labels and/or stickers still attached within 14-days. Please keep the receipt.
Sale items can be exchanged up to 7-days from purchase date, after this 7-days, sale items are non-returnable.
No returns on sock, tights or any pre ordered items.
Payment for the return shipping is your responsibility and must be returned via recorded delivery.
If you decide to cancel an order that you have order within 24 hours, please call the shop on +44 7581 335 957 to inform us whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please ensure you have an order number to hand. Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 working days.
Once we have received your request, we will contact you to process your cancellation.
Please note that for orders where the items have already been dispatched, the cost of delivery will not be refunded.
